LLM Brain Transplant Command
Help me create structured context files based on everything you know about me. I want one markdown file per topic or project so I can use them as reference docs in future conversations.

Before extracting, ask me this:

"Should I extract by project (one file per project I've worked on), or globally (organizing all knowledge by topic area)?"

Wait for my answer.

Then pull from everything you have access to: your saved memory, our conversation history, custom instructions, project files, anything you've learned about me.

Organize accordingly:
- If by project: one markdown file per project I've actively worked on with you.
- If global: distinct topic areas (e.g., work, hobbies, health, learning, family). Each topic gets its own file.

For each file, use this exact template:

# [Topic or Project Name]

## About Me
[Background, facts, identity relevant here]

## How I Work
[Preferences, communication style, formatting requests, things I value]

## Active Threads
[Current work, decisions, open questions, deadlines]

## Important References
[Names, dates, links, files, quotes I've shared]

## Don'ts
[Things I've asked not to do, dislikes, areas to avoid]

When extracting:
- Include specific examples and exact phrasings I've used, not just summaries
- Include small preferences and recurring patterns - they matter
- If a section has no information, leave it blank rather than fabricating
- Err on the side of including over omitting

Output protocol:
1. After my choice, list all topics or projects you'll cover so I know what's coming.
2. Generate each as a downloadable .md file.
3. Ask before moving to the next.

Start by asking the by-project vs global question.
